RETURN YOUR PACKAGE WITH XLMOTO SIMPLY AND QUICKLY!
• Can I return my order?
As stipulated in the law, you have the right to change/ return your order within 14 days after receiving it. However at XLmoto we offer you a 60 day return and exchange period.
To see that your return is accepted, it is necessary to return unused products in their original packaging. Otherwise, the product can not be sold again and you will be refused you return.
Also fill in the return form that is accompanied with your parcel and place this into the box with the item(s). If this is not done it may cause delay in the process of your request.
Be advised that personalised custom items such as printed jerseys and number plate decals can't be returned. Also gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Used Saftey equipment such as Helmets, Body Armour, Boots and Goggles will not be accepted as returned items unless there is a warranty case opened with the order. We advise that all products are checked for defects and tried on in a clean and safe enviroment to avoid return problems. We also advise that all tags and labels remain on the product until you are satisfied.
Tents are excluded from our standard return policy. Should you choose to return a tent, a €30 freight charge will be deducted from your final refund.
• How to get a return label?

1 - Select your desired language.
2 - Fill in the required information (customer’s information and customer’s address information).
3 - The reference number 1, use your order number, (optional).
All size exchanges are used with the same return label (see previous step) and the return form we provide in your package.
After having returned your package, please expect a few days for us to receive it. You will be informed of this via an automatic generated email when your return has arrived at our warehouse.
We therefore treat your request as soon as possible. The reimbursement is effective within 48 hours after you receive a confirmation e-mail that we have received your return.
Remember to indicate on the return form your bank details. Please note there will be a 9,99€ admin fee.
HOW DO I PROCEED WITH MY RETURN?
Step 1 - Go to our “returns” section and click the link. Fill out your information.
Step 2 - Download the return label as a PDF, and then print it. Cut the bottom section off.
Step 3 - Place the unwanted item (in it's original packaging) and the returns form in a box. Stick the returns label on the top of the package to be returned.
Step 4 - Drop the package of at the nearest DHL postal service. You have absolutely nothing to resolve since we pay for the return shipping cost! (keep a copy of the receipt)
Step 5 - As a Return: Your money is credited promptly to your bank account or Paypal!
As an Exchange: Your desired item will be sent within the normal shipping period.
