Torque D1 are designed to minimize the risk of unnatural twisting of the ankle joint. Dainese succeeds with this by making the boots from durable outer materials (microfibre with plastic protection / reinforcements) combined with their D-Axial system.
The boots have stainless steel sliders over the ankles, heels and toes, of which the toe slider is replaceable.
