Alpinestars new Racing Absolut offers you the latest technology in motorcycle equipment - Airbag technology! The leather suit is compatible with Alpinestar's innovative Tech-Air®, a safety system that triggers an internal airbag between the body and the leather suit to provide the most optimal protection for your upper body!
The leather suit is stitched in 1.1mm thick kangaroo leather which has a very superior durability and feel. To further increase the wear resistance, strong aramid fibers are used in places that are most often exposed to the asphalt, such as seat and elbows. This also provides extra protection against the heat generated by the friction. Sturdy protection is placed over the shoulders, elbows, hips, knees and shins with superior shock absorption and safety level. The suit also has pockets on the chest and back as well as buttons on the back for mounting Nucleon protection.
Alpinestars Tech-Air® detects with advanced algorithms if you are heading for the ground and blows up a protective airbag between you and the suit in less than a 1000th of a second! The Tech-Air® ™ system is purchased separately.
This leather suit is designed for track days, racing and hard street riding as the fit is adapted for when you squat forward. The suit has stretch panels in both aramid textile and accordion-stitched leather to both accommodate a fully inflated airbag but also to give you a perfect fit and full mobility on the bike.
