All sprockets are made of C45 steel for best life and made by milling, unlike some other sprockets made by punching. In manufacturing, CNC data technology is used to mill out the sprockets and to obtain a hundred percent accuracy and precision.
All JT's drives have an anodized surface which gives a fine finish and also increases the sprocket’s durability.
The sprockets are made of "Chromoly" steel with heat treatment for extra good durability. JT's front sprocket is designed for masters!
